Leah represents corporate debtors and creditors, including creditors’ committees, in bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court workouts. Prior to joining the firm, Leah served as a term law clerk to the Honorable Melvin S. Hoffman and the Honorable Frank J. Bailey of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the Honorable Diane Finkle of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island.
Leah received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law. During law school, Leah worked part time at a local firm focusing on complex commercial litigation. She also served as a teaching assistant to various courses including contract law and corporations.
